Sony has updated the PlayStation App, adding a new home screen, and proper iPad support. Some other enhancements have been made to finding new friends to play with.
On the new home screen, players can now view players that they may know. You can also now create a link for your Friend request, and share that link with other players. Sony has added the ability to search for people based on their real names, not just with their PSN name.
This launch coencides with the releases of the PlayStation 4's massive 2.0 update, which is rolling out today.
