The Samsung Galaxy S -- a device line that many Android fans have grown to love. Samsung has announced today that it has shipped more than 1 million of the Android 2.1-powered Galaxy S phones in the United States. It sounds like that's devices shipped, and not necessarily devices sold to consumers. But there's no denying the line's popularity, with the AT&T and T-Mobile versions already in stores The Sprint Epic 4G launches on Tuesday, followed by the Verizon and US Cellular versions in later fall, so it might not be long until we see a couple more million of these devices being shipped.
