Samsung has entered into an agreement with LG and Apple to supply both companies with new 20nm LPDDR4 DRAM chips for upcoming smartphones. The deal would see Samsung fulfill Apple's demand for memory chips for the next iPhone, while LG would use the components for the G4. According to the Korea Times report:
