iPad 2 Sold Out

It comes as no surprise that several customers were lining up on the streets, in some cases more than 24 hours in advance, in order to get their hands on the second generation iPad.

Similar to when the original iPad was launched last April, demands for the innovative tablet device are incredibly high. Popularity and demand of the iPad 2 has far exceeded current supply. However, Apple CEO Steve Jobs claims the company is doing their absolute best to keep up with customer orders.

“We’re experiencing amazing demand for iPad 2 in the US, and customers around the world have told us they can’t wait to get their hands on it. We appreciate everyone’s patience and we are working hard to build enough iPads for everyone”
